Remember how Ghost was at the Battle for Earth and made her grand appearance in the infamous "she's got help" shot in Endgame?

Oh wait, you don't because she wasn't actually there, so it should have been literally impossible for G'iah to use that power in the horrible CGI fight since there would have been no DNA to gather at the battle's aftermath? And speaking of the DNA cocktail, I guess you can tell the variations of DNA in dust particles considering how Thanos and his goons were part of that concoction, so I also guess an entire battlefield completely full of dust due to both an army of dusted minions and the destruction of the Avengers HQ was sifted through very thoroughly? Wow this all sounds really fucking stupid the more I describe it.

Ghost's was probably readily available by other means. She had an entire lab dedicated to her and her condition. Then Hank likely took samples to better treat her after everything settled down.

Idk why her sample would be taken and put in the Harvest, but it probably wouldn't have been difficult to get her DNA. Hers should've been on the list instead of a Frost Beast. Then it should've been the one Gravik used during the attack on the president rather than extremis.

What irritates me probably the most aside from War Machine being a Skrull since Civil War is how the president issues a statement at the end of the show that despite it being the type of thing where the status quo of the planet is forever changed and there is no going back, and we even see snippets of that at the end when he's on the phone with Nick Fury, they'll probably just forget about it after Armor Wars. The world is in a situation where the president of the United States issued a statement basically going "we are going to kill all aliens because a group of shapeshifting beings attempted to subvert all of our governments and genocide all of us in turn", people are naturally going to be horrified, scared, angry, all sorts of negative emotions. Nobody will care that there are super chill Skrulls that weren't in on the genocide plan, the public executions we briefly see at the end of the show is the type of thing that would continue for literal years because there is literally no possible way to know whether or not every single Skrull is completely gone from the planet and paranoia from that simply does not dissipate. But they'll just forget about it, just like how the giant marble dude out of the Indian Ocean only has a slight reference in what's essentially a comedy show, how HYDRA got their hands on functioning Pym Particles that can undoubtedly be reverse engineered and has never been mentioned, Mordo's seemingly vanished out of this universe's existence, and the fact that society somehow managed to completely go back to the way it was before 5 years of half a global population wipe. That last one really fucking offends me, they give only the barest of nods every now and then, but when Scott was walking around confused shit looked like several movies happened in between Infinity War and Endgame.

I mean, I don't think there's any established rules for what happens to blood already spilled from people who get dusted by the Infinity Stones, but still. How would they even be able to tell which blood was from people with powers and which was just from Thanos's foot soldiers who are weaker than a regular Skrull? I get that Super Skrulls are a well-established part of the whole Skrull mythos and they were inevitably going to be a thing once Skrulls were part of the MCU. But was this really the best way they could come up with to do it?

Which should've told them that 5 years passing between snap and un-snap might not have been the best idea. It's better to not use a plot twist at all if you're unwilling to follow through on its inevitable results.

secret invasion did not give anything it was a complete waste of time and just raises questions no one cares about

hell it closed off more doors than it opened for future stories

Well, it depends on what you mean by "fulfilling their expectations". But when it comes to a minimum level of quality, that is an expectation that they should always be striving to fulfil. And they're clearly not.

Ok fine but still secret invasion. He said nowadays implying more titles than this one

Theres also fury always having a secret skrull wife. Fury losing his eye cuddling a space cat. Fury saying he made tesseract weapons because of thor even though he already knew of captain marvel/skrull/kree

So all fury related stuff but I dont know what else is nowadays

Maybe unpopular opinion as I know many like the show, but I'm not really big on Loki's entire premise. It took the actions of the heroes and turned all the movies into some pre-destined points.

It's more that a version of Kang decided that those were the pre-destined point, and any timeline where things went differently was "wrong".

Ironically, Captain Marvel had the most instances of this, between Carol Danvers being the inspiration behind 'Avengers,' and the big mystery behind Fury losing his eye being that a mutant space kitty gave him a widdle scratchy. And people generally disliked or even hated those despite them being pretty innocuous in the grand scheme of things (and arguably not even fitting the base definition of 'retcon'). So it's natural that people would be repulsed by a full-blown retcon with as many gaping holes in it as Skrodey existing all the way back to Civil War.

Ive been reading that because of the Russia/Ukraine war large parts of this show had to be rewritten and reshot.

and all I ask myself is why the f*** would you even pick Russia as the major player here.

Black Panther had Wakanda announce itself to the world and tensions throughout phase 3 and especially 4 have shown the US and Wakanda are getting worse.

why wasnt this show about the US vs Wakanda. it makes so much more sense and then has the strength of so many more potential Skrull replacements that arent Rhodey.

Imagine if Okoye became the Black Panther in Wakanda Forever instead of Shuri, so then in Secret Invasion they'd reveal Shuri was replaced by a Skrull after Endgame so the Skrulls would have access to that precious Vibranium and Wakandan science they're keeping away from the rest of the world. With this replacement, they'd now be in a position to secretly smuggle it to other Skrulls across the globe that are in on the plan and whatnot. And then after Wakanda Forever happens and Namor's invasion proves that not only is Wakanda not as sturdy as previously thought but the neighboring kingdom who attacked them also has Vibranium, and the ability to recreate the heart shaped herbs is in right in the hands of Wakanda/the Skrulls, this would be one of the inciting incidents to start accelerating the plan to make sure no more wild cards are thrown on the table. And given how Everett Ross is revealed to be a Skrull Infiltrator in Secret Invasion, it would make sense why he'd be giving Wakanda classified info in the movie, so their golden goose remains intact.
