I'm not defending him. I'm condemning the things that created him.

Crazy thing is, a lot of the vaccine-deniers are 50 or older, and (most likely) have gone decades listening to whatever their doctor told them whenever they were ailing. High cholesterol? Here, take this pill who name you can pronounce. Diabetes? Take these shots every morning. Trust me.

And they just blindly said yes, because... They trust their doctor and their opinion.

And then Covid hit and medicine supposedly got "political" and now people are literally not listening to the same doctors they trusted for decades because of some YouTube clip they watched.

But it probably means nothing as the brain trust has already passed its collective judgment against me for making one post that is slightly counter-message related to a human dying of a pandemic (to which some ITT have rightly blamed the death on the brainwashers convincing the man not to get the shot, which makes a LOT more sense than shitting on the victim himself).

It is what it is. And as with all slightly counter message posts, I of course must add the disclaimer that I've never voted republican in my life, I'm not antivax (as stated above), and I don't support antivax messaging. That's my stance here, on my main, and consistent with what it's been whenever my views are brought into question.

He could have gotten the vaccine required of him at any point and could have gotten his transplant.

He chose not to and was deemed that he would not take the necessary medical precautions in the future to protect the new organs and was denied.

I am not sorry that people not shedding tears over that upsets you, but that is not celebration despite your baseless claims.
