Everything is legit. If you pick the no sleep power. You won't ever have to sleep again but you can still sleep to pass time or act like a normal person. You just close your eyes and count 1-20 backwards to activate it. You will still be woken up by alarm, loud noise etc. Otherwise you automatically wake up after 7 hours exactly. As long as you are not physically exerting all the way through the hours. You recover your strength in 6 hours. So after a long day of manual labour, you will still need to sit down on the couch and take a break but you won't need to sleep. You never get mentally tired so you can marathon office/desk work or gaming sessions infinitely. Because you don't need sleep, it's equal to a normal person of having perfect undisturbed sleep every night. So this benefits your health also. If you pick the sleep option. Then on top of that, you NEVER get mentally fatigued? I will easily make up for that 300k with all the time gained, and then some. Yes, it will take work, but you are operating with zero mental fatigue and the benefits of a perfect night of sleep at all times. The health gains alone probably make up for that lost 300k if you consider how much a lifetime of doctor and other health visits cost in the USA. This is all SO valuable, I would probably pay $300k for it. I would need something crazy like $10 million to take the money. Getting the benefits of perfect sleep 24/7, without even having to sleep is going to be even better if you become sick or do some exhausting work.
