Great things were being made and then all of a sudden prices started increasing and I mean by a lot. I remember when a slice of pizza was 2 dollars CAD, now I'm lucky to get it for 7 dollars. Same with 600ml bottles of Coke. Used to be 1.25, now its close to 4 dollars. We are essentially at a standstill that will only be overcome once we figure out extreme velocity space travel to harvest/mine space debris for minerals we can't normally get on our planet. <cite>Ivany2008 posted [p:974835458] in Mark my wo... People will plead for their industries to be inappropriately protected. Jobs for the sake of jobs as people refuse to retrain themselves for AI or other emerging industries. Not just people who feel entitled to die in a coal mine.
