Lightubes and barbed wire cause serious long term damage. Sabu has scars all over his body from all the barbed matches he was in and some guy in an indie fed nearly died when a lightube nearly caused him to bleed to death.

Blading is lame. Having the crimson mask look every time a blade job is done ruins the suspension of disbelief.

Sadly a lot of average people think wrestling is pure acting and don't realize how dangerous it is and how much of a toll it takes on wrestlers bodies especially with the insane schedule they put up with.

Speaking of which we haven't even touched on concussions which is an actual uncomfortable conversation if you know about Harley Race, Dynamite Kid, and especially Chris Benoit.

Watching Mick Foley and Kurt Angle talk nowadays you can tell their mental capacity isn't quite right

I concur, blading is absolutely unnecessary in Pro Wrestling, there are enough things in the world that will cut you open, you don't need to assist it to make it happen via blading.
