A skillet with a lid basically with food inside of it, let's say it's been in the fridge for two days.

You eat all the food in it and you wanna cook again.

Since the food inside do it was refrigerated this whole time, can you just rinse the skillet without fully washing it and cook again?

You'll be fine with a quick rinse.

Why don't you wanna wash it? If you're already rinsing it, it doesn't take that much more effort to scrub it with soap.

Ehh, if you are cooking the same basic thing, I wouldn't worry about it.
It completely depends on the circumstances.
The Cast Iron crew balks at the idea of cleaning anything.

I mean you can, but why not just add soap and give it a wipe over, real easy.

Why are you even putting that stuff in the refrigerator? Start a "Perpetual stew", and never clean any cookware, again.

You still have to clean it just not the normal method. You have to rinse it, scrub it with salt, let it dry then season it (wiping thin layer of oil and then baking in the oven).

They over think it.
I have pans that are like 100 years old at this point.
I feel no need to 'season' them, or any of that Bullshit.

If it's cast iron, definitely don't scrub it with soap.
I'm part of the cast iron crew, though I'm still a little green. My pan is kept nice and greasy and not much sticks these days.
otherwise, just be safe. It's not hard to clean a pan that doesn't have stuff burnt onto it.
