bartenders, security guards, cleaners etc

i have a house cleaner who has been to my house like 20+ times now and I still have no idea what her name is...at this point it's too awkward to ask

the first time i see these people i figure i might never see them again so i don't bother asking

by the time i become a regular, they remember me before i remember them and i feel bad for asking

even worse is when i do remember to ask but then i forget their name later

how do i fix this?

I give up whats the point
