I guess another way to phrase that question is when do you think people really mature, take responsibility, or something like that?

I used to think 35 was that age, but I'm 37 and I still feel young and immature.

I'm in my 40's, have had a full time job for several decades, I'm married and own a house and I still don't feel like an adult most of the time.

I don't think there's a specific age really. I would say it's when you become entirely self-sufficient. All of your bills, food, shelter, chores, personal care, etc. are taken care of by you without the need of any kind of assistance.

depends what you mean by adult...

you don't 'unlock all features' until you are a senior... you can't be the president until 35. You can't rent a car until 25

Depends on the person. Some 16 year olds might have the same maturity level as some 25 year olds. We just keep it at 18 to be safe.
