Destiny 2 sucks. The buy-in is worse than WoW and the main reason people don't quit is because they feel too invested. Too many good characters makes fighting games too inconsistent. Imbalance is a good thing to an extent. You especially don't want characters with gimmicks that require you to "learn the match up" forty times over. It was a long and slow death but ever since roughly Super Mario Galaxy 2, every Mario game feels like it was just churned out in a factory based on a strict template. CG > Sonic levels > Shadow levels > the music > the rest of the game. On that note. Sonic 06 was bad because it wasn't finished, and that's about it. Dmc 5 feels too floaty (still a great game tho but it made me not wanna play past the 80 hours mark. Went back to playing modded dmc 3 lol). Diff between the two is that I have to slow down my mashing when playing dmc 5 whereas for dmc 3 modded I always feel like I can mash a bit faster @ 60 fps and even more so at above 100 fps. Many action adventure games don't need a combat system tbh. Just make them pure adventures. --- I'm a Taurus.
