Though the game was always going to make a lot of money regardless, and J.K's victim complex was going to mean she was going to use whatever to get worse, even if the game failed. If the game sold poorly, J.K would've just used it as an excuse for "those darn trans-es (well maybe a slur instead) are ruining my generational IP" because she's the kind of person who name-searches herself on Twitter to react to every minor comment at her expense.
