As outrageous as this seems, this application of the law does seem awfully reasonable. The pool cleaner arrived to do his job in the middle of the night, didn't identify himself, and instead of talking to the couple he shined a light at them through their backdoor window. That's about as "asking for it" as one can get in a syg state. Thank goodness the homeowner is such an awful shot. --- Who is? I am! ... Copied to Clipboard!
