I always just draw eyes on my eyelids and then take a little rest, not usually fully asleep but like day dreamin with my eyes closed. They usually don't notice OR they find it to be a funny little bit. I did have a boss one time though I could tell wasn't really taking very kindly to it, no chuckle, no nothing. So I made some shit up about my dead dad was a mime called "Stu the Stare" and that was his big act, and I got one lil tear to drop down my lucky left eye as I told this story and really played the emotion card here in his face as hard as I possibly could when in fact I had plans to eat steaks at ocharley's with my Dad that very same night. I wouldn't say it pushed my boss to approve of my fake eye routine but he at least got off my back about it afterwards, I did start using it sparingly with him though. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Get a Kindle Scribe and then sit in a way that looks like you're taking notes but really you're just reading a book and not paying attention. It's a good strategy, that can help you stay awake as much as anything else. You don't have to read them. A-Rank: Use a bound notebook (including classic "composition" books) instead of a pad. S-Rank: Use a lab notebook (bound graph paper). ... Copied to Clipboard!
