After Barry first went back in time, he was attacked by what is now future alternate Barry.

Im kinda confused on who alternate future Barry is.

Why did future alternate Barry push original Barry into his timeline?
Is alternate future Barry just younger Barry who time traveled and failed that many times?
How did alternate future Barry even get there at the beginning of the movie?

It might have been Savitar or Black Flash.

and be pushed Barry there because if he didnt, younger Barry would have never gotten powers and he would have never been created.

and in another movie there was a Flash who ran so fast he got old so maybe that happened to the evil Flash.

Basically that entire character had so much potential but it was completely wasted.

another thing that confused me.

How did Flash change the fate of Michael J Fox, Tom Cruise, and all of those other actors if he time traveled to at he latest 1995 where those movies were already out?

I mean Krypton had already been destroyed before the point he went back to also, but apparently him saving 1 earth woman has ramifications throughout the universe.

I think homeless looking Batman explained it with the pieces of uncooked spaghetti. It's a different timeline, flash and his actions didn't change who was in those movies, they were just in a different timeline where Fox and friends were never in those movies to begin with.

Admitedly it's a bit of a hand wave, but they kind of "expain" that with the whole "spaghetti" analogy thing. There's certain intersections that will "always happen", but if you move one noodle, all the other noodles around it are gonna move at least a little too. So going back in time and changing something doesn't change just what happens after that event, it ripple effects everyting around it, repositioning all the close by time noodles, essentially.

Alternate Future Barry is from an alternative timeline/dimension that he tries to change.
Since it is one of those events that will always happen in his timeline, he tries to change it by causing a ripple effect by pushing an alternative Flash ("our Flash") into a different timeline.
The question is if he pushes Flash into his own timeline or a nearby timeline.

Having it caused by a third Flash is probably "too deep" for the movie.

Not exactly right. Bruce explained that changing a timeline doesn't just make a branch, it turns into a fulcrum and changes BOTH the future and the past. Because time isn't linear.

This IGN articke is the best at explaining everything, as well as the inconsistencies in the movie that weren't really explained.

And yes, the person who pushed the original Flash out is the younger Barry who has spent decades trying to fix things. They explicitly state it in the movie. But I don't feel that his motivation to do so made much sense.
