Even IF he would meet that 'legit kind person' within streaming circles, there is no way Phil would accept help or take such advice. He quite literally believes he is perfect the way he is and that he has done nothing wrong and as such, doesn't need help.

It is near impossible to get a narcissist to open up, seek help and admit/work on their flaws.

Out of curiosity did Dave ever mention why he's not playing Pikmin 4 despite it being a brand new First Party Release he could get Day One Views from, instead opting to shove out a third shitty GTA V playthrough that nobody ever had the most remote chance of caring about.

Not sure about Pikmin specifically, but every time he plays a Nintendo game and nobody gives him money he cries about how his audience doesn't like Nintendo and he really took that narrative up about three notches during Zelda.

So I see absolutely zero logic to rebuying the game on PS5 other than the obvious truth that Phil will obviously deny. I assume he didn't include on stream the part where when you turn on the game for the first time you have to choose your experience level for the purpose of rating placement. Because I know what I think he chose.

This is insane. Beyond what is normal for Phil. Most of his behavior the past week has been an escalation. The whole making fun of a viewer for knowing something Phil doesn't and then not apologizing when he learns that the viewer was right and banning them when they asked for said apology. That is some of the scummiest interactions he's ever had with his audience that doesn't involve him scamming them out of money.

See that is the thing. She didn't want an apology for being right, but for the way Phil treated her. Even if she was wrong in the end, the apology request would still be justified, because having a difference of opinion is no excuse to treat someone like shit. (And the biggest issue here, was that someone else was proven right, and Phil's ego just can't handle that).

This would have been the ultimate oppertunity for Phil to grow some goodwill, to show some actual humility.

Instead, he doubled down and showed once again what an irrideemable sack of shit he truly is. I can hope he loses lots of his fanbase over this, because it is what he deserves, but I doubt this will have a major impact.
