Season 4 of The Wire is by far the best season in ANY series from EVERY network during the 90s. There's so much depth in the season: How marginalized communities are affected by drugs and violence, the bullshit that occurs in police bureaucratic, and how poor the education system is for those affected by drugs, violence, and politics.
