I can understand their reluctance. GameFAQs requires nostalgia for use at this point, as it lacks features that it should have had years ago. It's also not a dedicated Mafia site, so it's not gonna have ISO features.

If you want automated votals... HRMMMMM... maybe we should ask GMUN if she can do that.

So i have a question, who among you who hasn't yet would be willing to try FOL every now and again? I am not saying you guys abandon gamefaqs or anything but it'd be cool to bridge my two favorite communities more often and I can't ask a single soul to come to gamefaqs lol.

FOL is super user friendly and the people in the community are lovely.

I'm sure I'll play another game their at some point yall should play with us.

I'm open to trying a game on Fortress of Lies once I'm less busy

I've also just signed up for FoL. Doubt I'll be playing in the near future and I mostly want to stick to enabling others' games to run, but I have some changes in medication that will hopefully lead to me feeling more able to take on games from the start. The added tools will be wonderful, too.

It took me awhile to figure out why like 100 posts in Chris' topic I couldn't see. For a minute there I thought like 30 people all the sudden blocked me. Lol.

What was the issue?

There is absolutely no way thats the full story. I know all 3 of those people reasonably well (Chris and Red very well) and none are quick to block anyone for any reason.

I legitimately have zero idea why he blocked me. It was after I said no one wasn't trying to include red.

I mean, I guess I don't really care. If he wants to block me, that's his choice. I just couldn't for the life of me figure out why it kept saying that topic had new posts but when I would open it there was no new messages in it. Then I saw I was missing messages in this topic also. Then I was like wait a minute... hmmm... so I tried to post something to mzero or something in the other topic and it said I wasn't allowed to post in that topic. So i was like wtf... checked the first post and noticed it was missing and I was like ahhhh I see. Chris blocked me! Now everything makes sense. Definitely didn't see that coming! Lol

I have known red for over 20 years I do not need other people giving input on my relationship with him. It wasn't asked for. Period. If corrik wants to discuss other things in my topic and leave that one alone I have no issue unblocking him but there's a tangled mess going on right now and corrik isn't exactly the person I want mediating anything in my life with his lack of deftness.

Basically red doesn't need 'come on just get over it' He needs patience and understanding. As someone who has been in therapy off and on for awhile I pretty much get where red is coming from and am extremely empathetic how signals got crossed and how a lot of bad things resulted from honest mistakes. So I am like really chill with red taking whatever steps he needs to because I love him and his healing process has to be his own whether it involves me or not

I can't literally stop anyone from doing anything they like of course but I can stop myself from having to see it. It is really that simple. If corrik isn't going to do it anymore then I have no problem with corrik.

Um, no. I don't barter with people regarding that, and I believe I said literally one thing in regards to Red and it was like post 137 of the topic, where I assured him he was overblowing things and he wasnt being excluded from anything. Nothing I can do to "drop" something that was never ongoing lol.

Sorry to hear this.

Thank you, though I knew it was coming for a while now (I was worse in February, when the incident initially happened, and the start of July, when she forgot who I was.) Got a funeral this weekend, then some paperwork next week, then back to Ohio for a little while.

Hey everyone. This is a link to the spec chat of a game I am co hosting over on fol.

Game is day 1 and I would love if some of you swung by and chit chatted. Spec is involved in the game in a few ways. They are judging rap battles that will happen and can take quizzes to participate on an alternate account that posts themed animal gifs/pictures for fun. There are even spec related events.

I helped design the game but am mostly doing the flavor now. It's an open setup. Also mzero is playing in it so you can have a rooting interest!
