Disney is probably moving to California soon thanks to Desantis, it's a huge state with plenty of free land to make their own.

In theory Disney could seceede from Florida but not all of the US, and there's something of a precedent for that in West Virginia. However, for a secession to happen during a period where the state being left is not considered to be in a state of active rebellion against the federal government, would most likely require the consent of not just the US Government and a delegation with all the needed paperwork to submit for statehood, but also Florida themselves.

Ergo, it'll never happen.

Florida is practically in active (currently nonviolent) rebellion, with DeSantis saying he won't support interstate extradition and his various unconstitutional human rights violations.
