I was reading Bastilas wikipedia page and the first opening summary casually spoils the big plot twist from KOTOR (you know the one)

I don't think I've ever seen that before so I'm wondering if someone just editted it in to be an asshole, or if it's considered common enough knowledge now that it isn't a spoiler.

I just can't ever recall seeing a blatant spoiler in the first paragraph of a wiki page before

I played the game over a decade ago, I just thought it was odd.

And not having played a game isn't really willful ignorance

Sometimes when the thing is old enough, like From Dusk Till Dawn mentions how the bar they go to is teeming with vampires when it's one of those movies where it's one type/genre until a certain point and then it turns into something completely different, so mentioning what I put in the black bars is a bit of a spoiler. A Jekyll and Hyde tier spoiler at this point, but one nonetheless.

I've come across wiki pages with spoilers before iirc.

Just depends on how it's written. Not all wikipedia articles are up to the same standard.
