Ive spent a lot of time in LA, but I feel like the homeless problem there has been around for so long that everyone has kind of figured out how to live around the issue and the homeless people themselves have figured out how to do the same. Austin had by far had the most in your face and brazen/aggressive homeless population I have ever experienced and they were everywhere, in the city, the suburbs, rich areas, poor areas, etc. <cite>gamer167 posted [p:973427712] in What major...
