I love their origin story: landing the gig because Feige loved the Fistful of Paintballs episode of Community. The character makeover they gave Cap in Winter Soldier almost singlehandedly got me invested in the MCU (for proof that the Russos had a direct hand in this, see how Cap temporarily reverted back to dorky boyscout when Whedon got him back for Age of Ultron).
