I only play ARAMs now, while I'd be game, I kind of play the game sporaticly so I'd be unreliable.

that's okay. aram is pretty fun but i usually only play seraphine so i mostly have to button mash lol

dota was a fan map for warcraft 3 that was short for defense of the ancients, dota 2 is a licensed valve game under that exact name

I haven't played lol in like... 10 years. I raged way too hard, and being forced into meta roles really wasn't how I liked to spend my free time after work.

I remember the last time I played LoL... because they just added Trundle, and I think that was like 20 years ago

The community is indeed trash. DotA's no better. In both cases, I generally just stuck to bots because it's easier to dick around and have fun that way instead of being screamed at for not tryharding hard enough (and when people do rage at you in bot matches, you just laugh because it's a bot match and half the time you can win with 3/5 players afk).

That's why I play bots. It's just AI and people use that to practice champions usually. But I have found there's a community of us that only play against bots and it's super fun

same but I do that with Heroes of the Storm, I have something like a 99.5% win rate on there

doing bots in dota 2 is a LOT more challenging but I do that sometimes too

I think that's mostly why I've stuck with Dota over LoL. At least when I played, LoL's bots were selected from a very small pool of champions and were really, really easy, since they were mostly just made to give players a chance to try out new heroes in an environment where they had next to no chance of losing. Dota's bots are at least a little bit of a challenge, especially on the higher difficulties.

I play but I'm in OCE. I'd still be down to play if it's bots.

Yes I do wish they'd either fix the bots AI to be more strategic on the fly while playing, open up the champion pool for bots and then make the difficulty harder. Just one more difficulty level. And as it stands, the bots don't EVER have a jungler role. So you can never get that real game type practice experience for jungle team fights.

I think I remember the lol AI being better than Dota ai maybe? In dota it's either they never group up and you can just kill them at your leisure or they only travel in a full group of five which makes them really hard to deal with since your supporting AI never has your back. Does lol AI do the same thing?
