I got mine and and all the little fixes the seller paid for or I would threaten to back out unless they lowered the price if I had to do it myself. Bought our house in 2019 for $257k. 4 bed, 2.5 bath with 3 more non-conforming bedrooms in the basement, two car garage, big privacy fenced yard. Now houses like ours are going for like 360-375k. A similar house in California, New York, etc would probably be over a million easily.
