Yeah, it's just not fun when you get older. I remember getting blasted drunk, only to get up and do it again the next night no problem. If I get drunk now, I'm pretty much pinned to my sofa for the whole following day.

Have to fly home this morning. TSA is killing me with this headache

I cant believe I used to get black out drunk and get up at 5 am for work the next morning lol

TMI but my stomach is not having it this morning

I'm in my mid 30s and handle hangovers way better than I used to. Just gotta stay hydrated.

I thought I was the only one. My hangovers in my early 20s were the worst. Probably because I wasn't pacing myself and would skip dinner or something

Oh man i never drink the night before a flight. I did it once in Cancun and threw up like 3 times on the side of the mexico highway. It was bad cos our shuttle had to stop at other resorts to pick up passengers and they all got to witness me puking my guts out before arriving to the airport lol. The whole time i had my head down and my wife at the time had to basically get us through security/customs. I dont even know how i flew home without puking on the plane

Am, 31, I've never really had hangovers as others describe it. The main aftereffect I feel from drinking is just not being able to tell if I'm hungry the next day or not. I've barfed way more often from overeating the next day than from the actual alcohol. I do stay super hydrated with water though, always keep water around.

Finally home. I did puke once, but luckily not until after I landed and deboarded

I think this hangover is particularly bad because I was out in the sun all day yesterday for a music fest, and bright lights are a migraine trigger for me.
