kingdrake2 04/19/23 5:05:16 PM #2:	depends on the landlord. before father died... there was one that didn't like us for reasons despite paying on time and having an incident where i was helping my brother for a week to have a place to live (landlord didn't like that) threatened to evict if he didn't go. the last one before the new guy came in: didn't have any problem. paid on time and even helped when i couldn't make rent one month when down on luck provided it got paid back. when the new guy took over the complex he jacked up the rent 30% to 1200$. I managed to avoid dealing with any of the aggressive busybodies or sleazy scumbags. On one occasion, our landlord was fine until he got screwed over by workers he brought in to fix some longstanding electrical issues. Then he started taking his frustrations out in his tenants, and turned into a real prick.
