I'll definitely say that noticing this is a big part of what made me reconsider my stance on (certian kinds of) offensive humor, rather than thinking of it as just jokes that don't really cause meaningful harm.

Uh from what I gather there's a good chance you probably grew up getting into a bunch of arguments with your sister about stupid shit and that leaves an impression on you that when you're older the thought of sex with even a hot sister is kind of inherently gross.

I think checking at your local librarly or a free medical clinic for discount therapists would be the best start
