For sleep apnea? You'll get used to it. And you'll feel so much better afterwards.

Yeah, to see if I need a CPAP machine

My mom has one and the mask isnt a big deal but all this stuff they have me on for the study is hard to get comfortable with. A finger thing, a nose thing, and a chest thing. All with a bunch of long cables and I move a lot in my sleep

Should be worth it in the end, I noticed a huge difference in my moms mood and energy levels once she started on hers, same with my brother in law when he recently got one

Just did one last week. The cannula tubes kept digging into my skin, and I could have covered the module lights with something to be less distracting. Hardly slept the three nights the doctor wanted me to test.

I recently did one and I didn't mind it too bad. The worst part for me was the cannula in my nose.

Actually just got my CPAP machine yesterday. Slept with it last night and it was definitely weird. Luckily it's just over my nose, but exhaling and feeling the resistance from the pressure coming in was weird.

Probably placebo effect but I did feel a little less tired this morning. Once I fell asleep I was fine.
