Aero is my free card of the day, and Im wondering if shes worth picking post-nerf

I don't think I've seen her once after the nerfs so IDK.

I think Aero is still good but only on turn 5 now. Turn 6 I feel Magneto is generally gonna be more disruptive with 4 more power behind him.

but Aero can also neutralize two lanes if youre facing a destroy deck and theyre dumb enough to play venom/carnage/killmonger/etc on 5

i also like her with kingpin but that is an admittedly gimmicky deck

Aero is still good, just not worth putting in literally every deck besides Cerebro good

Yeah old Aero created more "I literally can not lose no matter what card my opponent plays" situations on turn 6 than any other card.

New Aero is too situational to really be run in many decks anymore.

With 7 minutes left to go, I chose Aero.

Was gonna hold out for Sera, but yeah.

So if Jubilee is played on the right lane and pulls Sentry does it still create a -8 power void? Hes unable to normally be played in the right lane so Im curious

I know Magik pulled by Jubilee on turn 6 creates Limbo so it probably works the same way.

I have a new entry in the "things that are statistically unlikely but have happened to me more than once" category: my opponent plays Wave, then X-Mansion drops Black Widow on my opponent's side, leaving me with a Widow's Bite that I can't get rid of.

Why couldn't you get rid of it?

There used to be a deck you'd see sometimes that would follow this pattern

Black Widow on 2
Wave on 3
Odin in that lane on 4

So on turn 5 you're both waved again and they got another widows bite. If they play it they're basically skipping a whole turn while you get to Olay Doom or whatever.

Speaking of Black Widow, I had her in my hand when the location that gives you a copy of the card you play revealed on Turn 2. You bet your ass I locked that guys hand down the rest of the game.

Its always satisfying when you beat Knull by sheer brute force. This one was extra chefs kiss because I also anticipated his Galactus play.

I found the worst card to get from X-Mansion: Ultron

I got thanos and proceeded to lose because the reality stone transformed the location to rickety bridge

the other guy happened to have played colossus on that same location that turn

Yeah, ever since I started using this deck I have been kicking major butt and its my new preferred deck.

Another day of nothing in the token shop or gold variant worth anything. Did win a decent amount of matches people snapped on though when they had no hope of winning for some reason

See whats SUPPOSED to happen is they pull Leech out of their Lockjaw so you couldnt do that

If you click the menu on the top right you can easily delete the whole deck and make one that isn't so toxic. Hope that helps!

Angela or Bishop would be better than Jubilee and Lockjaw. But your list is kinda awkward, there's much better cards you could be Beast bouncing than Okoye, Wasp, and Psylocke.

It looks like you wanted to make a Hit Monkey zoo deck but you felt like you needed to shoe-horn in the Thanos stuff too because it's strong right now. Just go full Hit-Monkey with Angela, Bishop, Mysterio etc and give it a try!

The idea was to beast bounce the stones and have a boosted monkey and possibly beefed thanos

but maybe i make a separate zoo deck too

Bouncing stones is hard because 5/6 of them draw cards. So you're always going to have a full hand so bouncing won't work very often.

I can almost afford Thanos not that I know what deck Id build with him if I got him. Im sure Id throw in whatever I found fun like Lockjaw and Jubilee. Since Thanos basically gifts you a lot of 1 cost cards I wouldnt need too many low power cards in the deck itself

Sentry 4/8 - You can't play this at the right location. On Reveal: Add a -8 Power Void to the right location. -> 4/10 - You can't play this at the right location. On Reveal: Add a -10 Power Void to the right location.

also they'll be doing weekly card balance changes on Thursdays starting in 2 weeks, similar to the changes above. guaranteed 1 buff in each of these updates

hotfix balance changes (no patch necessary)

Also, they plan to nerf Shuri but they need a patch to make their planned change unlike the number changes above

so safe to assume she will be getting changed in terms of her ability rather than a cost change

That sentry buff is probably actually a nerf because now you can hit him with Shang-Chi?

I feel like they should update Sentrys description because when I first used him I didnt know it was -10 power to my own side. I thought he was like Goblin, but would stay on my side and add a negative to the enemy. I wonder how many other clueless people first goofed like that since it doesnt say to your own right side

In other news Sera was in my shop so I grabbed her and the minute I started using her everyone I faced bad Sera. I rarely saw her before

Ha that might be on you to think that Sentry would be a 16 power swing for a 4 cost card.

It would be pretty silly for a 4 energy card to add that much power to the board.

Heres a new Shuri idea: Ongoing: Halve your power at this location. On Reveal: Double the power of your next played card.

If they just make her a stronger Forge, thats kind of lame. I say this as a person without her.

Buff every 2 weeks would be cool though. Lets see some buffs to weak/barely used cards like Quake and Crystal. Other than their draw turn perks Id say Quicksilver and Domino suck too? I only see them when somebody is playing Cerebro or just a plain random bad deck of junk mostly

i still like the idea of shuri being forced to double the power of the next card you play in the same location

that way you (generally) can't protect stuff with cosmo anymore

sunspot nerf is long overdue though, wonder if this finally opens up 1 drop diversity or not

The bummer about those buffs is that they're all going to be stat buffs though. They said they need full patches to make bigger changes.

Most cards just have design flaws, better stats won't help.

Its better than nothing for now at least though!
