Been sitting on this one for awhile; managed to synergize it with his Series drop!

i was thinking The End of the Aero-verse but I like yours better.

I got Attuma as my free Series 3 for the month (was previously series 3 complete so it was attuma or orka) and i'm thinking he might not actually be terrible in a shuri deck now that aero is probably not worth playing. you're already playing 2 cards (zero and armor) that synergize with attuma and it's not that bad of a card to hit when you whiff on red skull or she-hulk

What about a card that ignores location effects? Would be great for playing on Sanctum and a select few annoying ones, but would also get NO positives from any location either. I dunno what kind of energy/power youd give such a card though.

I think that would be difficult to implement due to Bar With No Name. The upcoming Jeff does a lot of the location bypassing, at least.

Is Snowguard even more pointless for variants than Morph? At least with Morph you can see it in your hand!

I assume the bear and hawk of snowguard actually do something other than be a vanilla 1/2 and we just don't have that info yet? Otherwise she's a worse Misty Knight?

There was but it appears to have been scrapped. It was 4/8 Ongoing: -2 Power for each other card you have here.

I did the same thing yesterday and put Attuma into my Shuri/Sauron deck too.

My first free Series 3 was Black Widow, and I took her to slot into my Darkhawk Deck

I havent had one I want yet. Current one up is MBaku

I still haven't updated as I'm chasing S3 cards from the old token store. So far all it has done is cost me 200-800 tokens (opened 2x 100 token caches) without any decent P3 cards turning up. I'm now no longer opening caches until I update.

Why not chase S3 cards in the free shop?

Because you can only get 1 a month from the free shop.

I have 3000 tokens so I'm hoping to try get at least 1-2 from the store before it forces me to update the app in like a week. The free one will be waiting for me once I update. So I'll effectively get 2-3 S3

Teenage Warhead should help a bit against Shuri decks since Cosmo cant block her ability. Of course now that Aero is more easily avoidable, they are more likely to protect the big card with Armor instead. But that leaves Valkyrie as an option again too.

Interaction I just saw that wasnt immediately intuitive to me but makes sense in hindsight

Im not sure what happens if you play one to the third location. Leftmost Asteroid pulls first I guess

New Red Skull is great. Put him in and won 30 cubes tonight to get to 50 after swinging between 46-48 for almost a week. (I also started retreating when I'm clearly losing so that prob helps more than anything). I'm still running Aero too and she seems fine.

Also just had a funny one where we're playing normally. Opponent seems to be setting something up but I'm not sure. Weirdworld reveals on 3. On 4 he plays my Sword Master and... discards Agatha. Emotes and retreats.

most agatha decks usually want to discard her (and then have hela play her again) but he probably didn't draw hela yet and weirdworld means he wasn't going to

been trying to make a thanos lockjaw deck post-nerfs (as i didn't buy him until after the nerfs went through)

My opponent had the unluckiest match ever just now.

Played Ebony Maw on Bar with No Name (before it revealed) -> Deadpool emote.

I snapped and dapped, figuring hed retreat, but he stuck it out to Shuri into a 40 power Doc Oc, who proceeded to pull out more than 40 power on my side, + Shang Chi + Spider-Man to prevent him from doing anything about it.

At one point last night I fell all the way down to 71.0. Managed to get back to 73.0 now. The rank wall changes are fantastic but an unintended downside of them is they are super demoralizing once you drop back from that cushion. Obviously there isn't a fix for that and expecting one would be silly as it would basically half the climb again.

I might be able to make 80 before season ends but anything higher feels like a pipedream now.

I did manage to hit season pass level 50 at least. Last season I only hit like 53 (started with maybe 10 days left in the season)

I dont really know what kind of deck I want to make. I try out a lot of stuff because I feel like I get bored using the same deck. A lot of them also have EXTREMELY common weaknesses since Cosmo and Armor are everywhere >_>

Nope which is why it just feels really bad if you drop too far from where the rank wall pushed you to. It's still clearly way better than the previous system though.

But by season end I'm sure I'll end up playing as many matches in the 70 bracket as probably all the other brackets before it combined.

And whenever I run Ongoing I swear I run into Enchantress a lot like it knows what deck Im running. Pretty much the only deck I dont try to bother with is Move I guess or things I cant run because I lack the cards for them like Patriot or Wave

To be fair, if you play a counterable card, obviously people will play their counters on it.

I used to have Rogue AND Enchantress in my deck for weeks. But if you didn't play an ongoing against me you would never know since they are terrible to play on their own.

Which reminds me, I should put Enchantress into my Zero/Shuri deck as an alternate win if I don't draw Shuri, and defense vs ongoing.

Played Zabu on the right location before it revealed, turned into Onslaught Citadel, felt great.

I've been getting a ton of Galactus players the last couple days, which feels like a free 4 cubes when you happen to have Professor X.

I'm more convinced than ever that the game seeds cards that interact with each other.

I've seen Valkyrie 3 times in the last 5 games when I started using this Nimrod/Knull/Destroyer deck I threw together

That is more than I've seen her in the entire life of the game combined.
