job search & personal finance issues as a college student have been weighing on me a lot in addition to the usual issues. I don't get interviews and the bank shit + chatgpt have got me really anxious

Man I'm with you :( I've been out of work a month now and I can't find shit. It's so incredibly frustrating. I'm gonna start padding my resume a little, see if that helps

Do you feel guilty ever for feeling bad?

I have a fucking amazing wife that I basically lucked into and had everything fall into place. I'm still miserable and, tbqh, suicidal, which makes me feel INCREDIBLY guilty because I shouldn't feel bad with what I have.

I guess if we're talking about the things that actually cause me pain, then I would say I liked my old job a lot better. It was easier, pretty chill. I worked less hours and made more money. Also I feel like I have a serious need for meaningful companionship.

I'm only sometimes "depressed" because my other condition seems so unmanageable and problematic.

Combination of the meaninglessness of all things and an awful background kind of do it for me.

yeah it's a common thing. people will tell you how lucky you are and shit, or how you have x, why are you complaining.

Eventually it's a thought that will come up when the attacks are at its worse, then just sends you further down the spiral.

it sucks, usually, depressed people already know what they have, so shit like that doesn't help at all.

I'm so tired. So very, very tired. My friends and my case worker keep telling me that I'm resilient, but I just feel worn down.

Can I post Saddest Landscape songs here? Depression and how far can I take it were things for me, but eventually you bottom out past the bottom.

I'm still here somehow, so anyone can be too. On the internet I am still generally normal polite unless I black out irl though yeah not such a fun of ppl. Actually I am going to post a new DM song even better.

About a year ago, I was walking around in the freezing cold and I saw this teeny homeless woman trying to pull a way too small child's coat around her. I gave her mine. It's always such a good feeling, one of the reasons I love customer service even if most of the help I can do is smaller scale.
