And she's probably referencing to the fact that they are being kidnapped for sex trafficking and raped, not that she is downplaying the fact that the men are fighting and dying in the war.

Personally I feel that ranking Ukrainian victims of Russia's invasion and continuous slaughtering of its citizenry, simply because it's women's march day or whatever and you want to make a tertiarily related political point on that theme so news stories will pick it up in relation to that

What's primary or secondary isn't even a statement on which is worse to deal with. Secondary effects are often worse than the primary. Though I think using these terms to dick measure between these 2 groups is psychotic in the first place.

It just takes a lot of mental gymnastics to say the poor that are oppressed into fighting wars of their lords and get severely maimed, tortured, and killed are not to be mentioned as a primary victim of war.

In 2016, 65 million people voted for her (nearly 3 million more than DJT) and she needs to shut up? It's strange that I don't hear the same voices saying this whenever Trump speaks, considering he never stops saying things, ever, and despite the fact that he lost the popular vote twice, lost in the electoral college by a substantially larger margin than her, and... he's running again and saying things everyday unabated.

Did you hear what she said? She said that women and children were primary victims, not that they were the only victims. Theres widespread war rape of women and child abductions in Ukraine, along with getting killed and tortured as well.

Pointing that out has been said in essentially every war ever. Its a weird thing to be singularly upset about. Its basically a cliche statement at this point.

I dont know man, I think the Ukrainian guy that had his sausage and beans cut off by a bunch of Russians with a box cutter, and then they made fun of him while he screamed to get killed due to the physical pain (they did kill him, some time later, so he would feel more pain), all in film, and then uploaded to social media would be the primary victim of such and act and not the woman who had to hear about it on the local news, but, heck, you do you. Poor undetermined woman, she was the primary victim of that

There is a certain visceral type of passionate hatred among the voices telling her to shut up, almost as if it's not on the basis of what she's saying, but simply because she chose to speak at all. If Trump said something similar no one would bat an eye. Of course, women and children tend to be the primary victims of any extended armed conflict. Everyone knows this, but now that Hillary Clinton has said, it, something everybody knew up until now is all of a sudden a topic of passionate debate.
