I do, but it's more a factor of human's bodies are just more capable physically than they were during jordan's era. I think they're still really close but I think lebron is a slightly more well-rounded player.

Those are caveats, but they don't prevent any and all comparison.

It depends on whether you value the totality of Lebron's career or the guy you'd want if you had to win one game.

I think it's more of a reflection of the times that Lebron breaking the scoring record wasn't a bigger deal. Social media moves on to the next thing quickly.

It's also partially a consequence of the NBA's minimizing of the regular season and acting like only the playoffs matters.

I think people also pay more attention to the context around stats now then in the past since the information is more readily available. Plus it kind of felt inevitable for a long time
