We are now 1 session into the Curse of Strahd module.
We did play the prologue thingie where pretty much everyone got knocked unconscious and I barely made it out with like 3 hp but we did it.
We are now escorting Irina away from the town as Strahd is very keen on getting to her specifically, we got up to a seemengly abandoned carriage which our female cleric got into, and she was basically fast travelled to the castle, we now separated and walking towards the town despite my mentioning that if we walked towards the way the horses went, we could intercept our cleric if she jumped out of the carriege.

TLDidnt read the story shit.

I was looking into the list of cool magical secrets I would be able to get wayyyy later at lvl 10 since I am eloquence and not lore. I saw that summon greater steed does not mention an expiration date so I could summon it today and make use of it tomorrow along with all my spell slots.
Are there anymore spells that can be used in this way?
For the Bard list I mean, and for other list to have in mind once I get to playing other classes.

Not that I'm aware of, but if there are, they are probably few, and I doubt they are as gracious as that one.

simulacrum is a good choice for the level 14 secrets

Doubt he'll make it to 14 if they're playing Strahd since it usually caps out at 10 or 11.

Good luck TC. I was not a fan of this module lol, but maybe your DM will run it better than mine did.

Artificer can permanently enchant up to a set number of mundane items. Like, you can literally turn a bag into a bag of holding, boots into magical boots, a weapon into a "returning" weapon, etc. The enchantments are permanent until you try to go over your maximum and then the oldest enchantment fades. It' not quite the same as summoning a horse permanently, but in practice it's the same "free magic items without wasting spell slots" effect.

He is not very experienced, but I'm all in for just letting shit happen, I heard that Descent into avernus, my first DnD campaign needed a very experienced DM and that was our DM's first campaign, we all loved it.
