Yet, he's off doing everything under the sun except for writing them. You gotta give it to him. He is living his life. He is not beholden to what everyone else wants him to be doing, he just does what he wants. But as an author, if I release book 1 in a series, it's an informal commitment to anyone who buys it that there will be sequels/a conclusion. They are buying an incomplete product based on the assurance that it will eventually be complete.
