Like, sure, it's not a JRPG, VN, or Phoenix Wright but it's also not an FPS released after the year 2004 (congrats Halo 2 I decided you were the cutoff.) I feel like if it were genuinely good/noteworthy we'd care more? It should be close enough to our strike zone? I dunno. I agree with the take that to be an "iconic game" you kinda have to be considered pretty universally great, groundbreaking, or innovative or a combination of them. And that doesn't seem to be the case? Like if you were to submit games to a museum to represent the history of gaming/landmark games or some shit is Hogwarts: Legacy really on that list?
