You use a cart, you put it in a corral or in the store stack. Not leave it in the middle of the parking lot for the wind to take it and damage someone elses vehicle. I shit you not, I was working as a Wal-Mart cart collector, hauling in about 10 big carts, a lady comes up to me and says "Here you go, another cart for you", I look at it, its a small cart. I say to her, "Actually my hands are full right now, if you put the cart in the corral I'll grab it as soon as I'm done with this load. She flips out at me and then proceeds to push the cart into the handicap parking space. Funny enough, another man was there and said to her that she was overreacting and that if she stopped being a bitch for a moment that she could have brought the cart into the store and saved both of us some trouble and that she shouldn't be so god damn lazy and childish.
