I mean, if AI can be trained enough to reliably translate ANY documents then that'd be really great for mediums including and beyond videogames. I doubt it will ever be perfect though since different languages all have their own deep nuance and there's a reason people get advanced degrees in a single one.

Lol on topic though, going to go with nay. The speed aspect would be certainly be useful, but I prefer accuracy in the matter. Some ideas and jokes just wouldn't make sense if translated word for word rather than figuring out the context to it.

Like for example, a sign in Chinese saying "the food is bad" could very well be translated in English to "the food is guaranteed not to get you pregnant" if not carefully done.

Nay. At least not with the current AI we have. It will be able to translate quickly, but it will be filled with tons of errors
