Used to get these all the time when I was a kid and thought I was dying

Now whenever I rarely get them as an adult and actually know what they are and that they're not serious, I still feel like I'm dying

Come to think of it, I haven't had one of these happen for a while. I used to get them once a month or so, but it's been probably two or three years now.
