Should health insurance companies be required to cover lifestyle or cosmetic medications?

drugs? They currently dont very often because they say these medications are not necessary for a persons overall health and well-being.

A couple examples include Viagra for ED or phentermine for obesity.

Depends on the cases. If its for a prosthetic face because of a gunshot wound yes. If its just because they dont like the size of their nose then no.

Depends. Like for example gender-affirming care like breast implants/tissue expanders or facial feminization surgery or whatever else should be free for trans people through their insurance or by public healthcare services (your tax payer money) because its life-saving. But it should not be free for cis women because thats just cosmetic and bigoted cis women should be charged double.
