So what I'm seeing is that at least on reddit the rules are stated outright and plain as day. Whereas on Gamefaqs.gamespot.fandom.com the rules are secret, arbitrary, and the only way to know what's moddable or what's not is to try things and find out either by yourself or from others. --- Who is?
