A lot of them just look like they're just growers and just showing the absolute minimum they can be and calling it micro. If you see a bunch of folds on the shaft and the skin on it is not stretched, they're not erect. When it's cold out and I'm not aroused my shit's pretty small too (hell even my scrotum shrinks instead of hangs) and I could probably snap a photo of that and it'll look like some of those photos, but when it's time to get busy (which is when it even matters anyway) it gets the job done. Some of them do look legit though, like the ones that look almost ingrown.
