At the very beginning when you first enter Dojima's residence.

The game goes out of its way to describe to you what Dojima is doing offscreen (literally just walking off), followed by it describing the sound of the door closing. Then it tells you the sound of his car engine. Wtf.

On top of that, the grammar for these sentences is very off. I'm pretty sure these were NOT in the original or even the first two releases of Golden. It's honestly kinda creepy, the way they read and the fact that they had a random inclination to describe such meaningless and mundane actions to you, and nowhere else in the game. It's almost like these two sentences are beta leftovers that were not proofread and ultimately discarded.

If you guys don't know what I'm talking about I'm willing to go back and take a pic. I've finished this game 5 or 6 times so I'm *pretty* sure these are new.

Really disappointing how little care is taken in these ports. First, no native PS5 version, and now this.

It feels more like an incomplete beta message that they discarded and it somehow slipped through the cracks during the porting process

It doesn't compare to the actual problems plaguing video games like poor sound editing, sound mixing, and absolutely tiny video game text not optimized for TV viewing. To name a few

That's referring to how you can press select or something and look at ads and fan content. The P4G game shrinks into the TV screen if you do. Ie the whole game is being watched on your TV in canon

I will say P4G is definitely the perfect game for something out of place to feel off putting and almost creepy due to how the game mixes domestic life and domestic murder.

I will let you guys know if I see anything else that sticks out. I've beaten this game so many times there's no way I WON'T notice when something is different.

It's really not a big deal though and certainly isn't worth skipping out on because of a few text oddities.

I read the Steam version is fixed but don't know for myself.

i laughed my ass off at that moment where the clumsy biker guy got kicked in the nads for breaking that girl's DVD and the game is like "better leave him be".

These definitely aren't in the Steam version. Really weird, and they stand out so much. Pretty funny tho

Booted up P4 on Xbox and nah, I'll stick to the Vita version fam. They didn't even bother adjusting the font for televisions versus a little Vita screen. It just seems as half assed and bare minimum as could be. I wish Atlus celebrated their history a quarter as much as their fans.

Are they gonna patch these out?
