Obviously its terrible man is dead but its dark, kind of hard to tell exactly whats going on. that said, seems pretty unreasonable that 5 officers couldnt subdue one man without literally beating him to death. Its at best a critical failure of training. If youve got numbers you dont need to bludgeon someone into submission. Pin them down and restrain them until they gas out.
