Seasons 1 and 2 are pretty good. Then it starts to go downhill, it's not a huge decline and there are some good episodes here and there, but nowhere near as good as the first 2 seasons. --- "I dreamt I was a moron." ... Copied to Clipboard!

It's great for the first few seasons and then it drops off a cliff. Travis Fimmel is phenomenal in it though. Background_Guy posted... What's the difference between Vikings and Last Kingdom?A big piece is perspective. Vikings is basically entirely from the Dane point of view where the Last Kingdom is more English focused. They also handle how they do political intrigue pretty differently. Most significantly, The Last Kingdom is the story of one man and how interacts with the world.
