Depends on your stance on body shaming in general and whether or not you're a hypocrite

Probably just shouldn't be making fun of how people look.

There are countless more important things we can make fun of Andrew Tate on. How he looks should be at the bottom of the barrel

If he actively body shames others, I say it is fair game to call him out on being a chin-less frog looking motherfucker.

Otherwise, its more apt to call them out on their other various heinous behaviors and actions rather than resort to that.

To a certain extent. Certain evil people look ghoulish, like their faces were twisted by greed. But yeah, generally not good since there's plenty of evil, good looking people.

As long as they dont take a holier than thou stance on others body shaming other people, doesnt matter either way. The only reason to criticize someone if theyre being a hypocrite. Its either all bad or there are times when its fine. Any argument about punching up is just a poor attempt to cover hypocrisy.

Andrew Tate is unlikely to see your mean tweets about him, but all your friends who have similar body issues will.

What is the principle behind why you should not call people racial slurs? Even very bad people? Explain it to me, then tell me why that same principle should not be applied to body shaming.

Here's a little spoiler--It's the same fucking principle. Slurs are particularly heinous because they have collateral effects on others of the same group even if they are not the target of the insult. If I run around calling every evil fat person some horrendous insult about their weight, then people who are good and fat will still internalize the insults themselves. This isn't even speculation--This is extremely well documented sociological principal.

Measuring how "bad" something is isn't the point of the analogy. We're not comparing the harm they cause or how taboo the act is, we're comparing the principles behind why they are harmful/taboo.

It's either okay to body shame or it's not. It doesn't matter who it is.

In principal, no because that would be hypocritical. In reality, 100% okay because some people need to taste a pice of their own medicine. Clearly Andrew Tate takes shit like that personally, so it only engages more trolls to body shame him.

No, but saying that someone has small dick energy isn't body shaming. It's mocking his personality, of which massively overcompensating for something is a huge part of his persona.

If you want to make the overall phrase less body-oriented, I'm fine with "small dick energy" being replaced with "Andrew Tate energy," but it's pretty hard to get a change made in lexicons once it's established.

Body shaming is shaming someone for their body. If you have not seen Tate's penis, or have actual reason to believe that his penis is small, then you aren't body shaming him. Body negative language, of which "small dick energy" falls under, is definitely something that someone should avoid, but it is not the same thing as body shaming.

Words have meaning. You should always try and use the correct terminology.

And "avoid" is not the same as "never use." I have no belief that anyone should be chastised for saying basically anything about Tate.
