I read this as Jellystone, well, ok - I read it as Yellowstone but my first thought was Yogi Bear and was like "ya, that's how all characters leave the show, walking off screen"

It starts off like the earlier seasons of GoT, political drama with spurts of action here and there. But as time goes on, it becomes more and more cowboy soap opera. The writers don't seem to have any plans, they'll introduce plot elements and characters and then throw them away before they're important.

I have not seen the latest season, but it might as well be called bethstone due to how popular the beth character is compared to the rest, at least among all the people I know lol.

We are waiting till the summer when the second half of this season drops to bing watch it all at once, they are not going to double cliff hanger us!!!

I love this show but I find her to be by far the most insufferable character on it. Hard to believe anybody actually likes her. Even in all the flashbacks to when she was younger she's still the least likeable person on the show.

I should have mentioned she is INCREDIBLY love her or hate her, again more than any other character. You are not the only person who hates her, even more than Jamie.

I kinda get where you are coming from and can see both sides, but omg do my friends freaking love her lol. You'll see a ton of fanpeople on any facebook/other posts about the show as well.

I personally like Kacey the most over all, but I do like alot of the scenes with Beth in them (not sure if I straight out like her character as she seems selfish alot of the time and treats some people really bad). I do get that she is strong and stands up for herself and protects the ones she loves, but at the same time she just seems to make everyone's life more difficult.

No matter what, I do enjoy her scenes (and even most of Jamies thoug), and I like the show over all for sure. I also really enjoyed 1884. Holding off the the 1924 or whatever it's called (watched the first episode and was shocked HF was in it!!) until it's both fully out and we can watch it together (me and my friends that is). Those shows, to me, are way more fun watching with others lol.

She's just a bitch 24/7 with no off button. Constantly being a downer. But it is always satisfying the way she handles their enemies. Also her interactions with the vegan woman have been hilarious. I actually like Jamie a lot because I find him to be one of the more interesting and nuanced characters. He obviously deeply regrets the thing he did to make Beth hate him so much, but Beth is always too full of herself to ever realize it or care. I like Kacey a lot too because I think he's the most relatable and down to earth character.

"But Yogi, what about the Ranger?"

"Fuck the Ranger, Boo-Boo."

A lot of shows will still do that with major characters, sometimes without explanation. It's absurdly jarring when watching seasons back to back.

The thing about Yellowstone is, it's not just between seasons, it happens midseason too.

I haven't seen the show, do they get Poochied ("Poochie died on the way back to his home planet"), or is it Chuck Cunningham Syndrome (goes upstairs and is never mentioned again)?
