Shakira allegedly realized her longtime love Gerard Piqu was cheating on her when she realized her jam was disappearing. Shakira was away traveling with her and Piqus kids, Milan, 9, and Sasha, 7, when he conducted the interview, but they were very much still together at that time, according to the insider, who added, Its devastating for her to learn that this affair had been going on for a lot longer than she imagined.

Im guessing a lot of the people with this line of thinking have never been in a long term relationship before. Even the hottest women get boring after a few years together. A long term healthy relationship needs more than sex to last.

I generally think people just dont know what makes a decent relationship anymore let alone famous / attractive people who never have to work on their personality.

Just the way that you phrase it makes it sound like he had no choice but to cheat because ultimately that's the choice. When you get married you make a lifelong commitment to stay together so you either work it out or just break it off if no resolution can be found. There's never a good excuse to cheat on your spouse.
