Any build not using it is basically a handicap. Quickhacks with that deck that let's you upload combat hacks to 3 different enemies at once is a close #2 but generally speaking judgement day kills everything faster and with less restrictions. Edit: also katanas are a waste of time. Iconic katanas suck and even the best ones are not as good as mantis blades. My pre patch OverWatch headshot crit build let me kill anyone, at any range, through any number of Walls, as long as I could tag them through a camera once to line up the headshot. On my first playthrough I always went after stealth.
