They are having a sale for Candence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer. Ive always been curious, and this seems like a good time to try it. But I cant find a way to make their system eliminate shipping charges for a digital download code. This is the final screen before I pull the trigger, and it is still showing a $7 shipping fee.

Has anyone ever bought something like this from them? Is this normal, and the shipping fee actually gets waived when the purchase is made? Because there are cheaper ways to get the game if a shipping charge is included

Walmart just trying to cover bandwidth costs. Heh that's surprising to see.

For what it's worth, it's $17 on the Nintendo site.

Yep, that was the cheaper ways I mentioned. I figure Ill just get it that way, rather than screwing around with Walmart and possibly getting a BS shipping fee.

Whoever input it into the system either didn't properly mark it as digital or Walmart figures ignorant consumers won't think twice and will pay the 'shipping' fee

Maybe they are selling one of those physical cards with the code on it?

I looked this up and it's showing $25 at Walmart. Not sure how you're getting $16.

Yeah it looks like someone at Walmart fucked up when they put it into the system, it's not treating it as a digital item despite saying it's a digital code.

Like it gives you the prompt for the 2-year protection plan when you add it to your cart lol.

It is Walmart.......JCPenney isn't better either, just Walmart probably has more bodies at least.

Oh I see, the search results I saw were for the season pass bundle.

The game only link does seem to be broken. If you look at the link for the bundle, it says the item will be delivered digitally. But for the game only, it says it's not available at any stores and also offers you warranty. Probably coded as a physical item.
