evidently, my state still has a penalty for not having health care, 850 per person, 425 per dependent. but the website doesn't ask you if you had health care until the end, so it just deducts the full amount until AFTER which. MEANWHILE IM SWEATING UP A STORM WONDERING WHY I OWE SO MUCH IN TAXES once i answered the question that yes we all had health care the whole year, im actually getting a refund. dunno why, i thought i did my w4 correctly. guess not --- JISOO JISOO ...
