This was quite a fun game. I don't know if it ever felt like a Sonic game but it felt like Sonic if that makes sense.

Pros
-Gorgeous game
-Loved the enemy and guardian designs
-Really enjoyed the plot, and character dynamics
-Controls are great
-Loved all the puzzles
-Fishing was dumb, relaxing and satisfactory
-Vandalize is A+ tier song

Cons
-The rings and speed upgrades had to be done one at a time, this was hellish to sit there and raise. Why not let me raise by the max #?
-Waiting for night was hell for some locations
-Wasn't a fan of the combat until I could put auto combat on, that saved it
-Ares Island was kinda hellish for me to traverse
-The final boss was flat, I saw the hard version and think thats kinda dumb locking the final boss there but also what that fight is ....is equally dumb
-Ghost was the worst enemy in this game though Squid was second
